It is hard to believe that our 20th Summer Season is over. We have gone to Baltimore's Camden Yards to perform the National Anthem for an Orioles baseball game, sung at Sundaes in the Park in Souderton, sung with the Allentown Band and the Bethlehem Municipal Band, and performed with organist Don Kinnier as show below.

In November we will start preparing for our two Christmas Concerts. The first is our annual appearance at the World Famous Allentown Band's Holiday/Pearl Harbor Day concert at Symphony Hall on Sunday, December 5. We will then end our year on Friday, December 17 at Allentown's First Presbyterian Church where we will be joined by four local church choirs. Please check here for more details in the near future.

In the past we have appeared in many varied and wonderful venues through the Lehigh Valley and beyond. We have performed the National Anthem before professional sports events a number of time in our history at Veterans Stadium, Citizens Bank Park, and Coca-Cola Park. Over the years, the Phillies' record when we performed for them has been 7-1, and the IronPigs are 2-0 when we sing the National Anthem for their games. We can now add that the Orioles are 1-0 when we do the National Anthem at their home stadium. We enjoy returning to many of our favorite sites, and also look forward to finding new places to perform and making new friends when we are in new locations. Hopefully you will pick up some of our recordings at a concert this season, or will order our recordings using the form on this page.

If you wish to host a Summer Harmony Performance during the Summer of  2011, please contact our "scheduler" Doug Helfrich via email for more for details. We are currently working at finalizing our agenda for next year, so please let us know immediately if you would like to book the chorus for a performance.

Below are some photos from our August 21 trip to Baltimore:

Clair's grandson Aydan shows Clair the proper way to 'duct the chorus.

If you have never heard Summer Harmony perform, please listen to this recording of "Climb Every Mountain".

This recording was done on a small hand-held camera by Steven Frey, son of chorus member John Frey when we performed at Coca-Cola Park July of 2009.

Our first rehearsal for the 2008 season was held on May 28 when the choir first got to enjoy the directing of Clair Neamand. Photos from that rehearsal follow:

On Monday, July 21, 2008, the new Summer Harmony under the baton of Clair Neamand debuted at the new Coca-Cola Park to sing the National Anthem. Below are a few photos of our performance:
